As a longtime teacher, coach and administrator in various school systems throughout our region, I have interacted with many school board members over the years. That being said, it’s clear and transparent to see that Renee Dixon cares deeply about the well-being of children. Whether it’s the students she’s mentoring on horse top or those she meets around town, Renee’s magnetic personality easily “rubs off” on everyone she engages with! As a parent, I can confidently say that Renee has been one of the biggest positive influences on my two young daughters in a time when who they are exposed to matters the most! She is ready and capable of providing authentic leadership for all students in Cecil County. Renee would be a tremendous asset to the Cecil County School Board!
