Renee Dixon is a wonderful, caring, and smart person.  She has devoted her life to helping people of all abilities.  Her greatest love is working with children.  Her love of horses has translated into the business of teaching riding to children and adults; regardless of their physical or mental abilities. Renee Dixon, works to make a difference in children’s lives. With Ms. Renee leading us, we help people learn about horses and how to ride them.  I came to Rolling Hills Ranch/Freedom Hills Therapeutic Horsemanship to board my horse. Ms. Renee asked me to help with the therapeutic programs, she saw a need and wanted to add more types of classes to reach even more people; children at risk and veterans.  I ended up retiring from my nursing duties to get PATH ( Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) certified so I could help teach these special people.

Renee Dixon sees a new need in our school system and wants to take time from her already busy schedule to help children on a new front. Renee Dixon is running for a seat on our Cecil County School Board.  She will be a guiding force on the School Board to bring common sense and conservative values back. Renee Dixon is a God fearing, open minded, and intelligent person who will help guide our children into the future.
